Story time.
We ran a test with a senior leader who'd spent 25+ years at a large corporate in London, before setting up his own consultancy.
What can we do in 30 days
The result? His LinkedIn impressions jumped by over 3,500% in the first month, and he’d never put such little effort into the platform.
Yes, these are great metrics, but numbers like that can be a bit misleading on their own. They make it sound like something clever or complicated happened behind the scenes.
It really didn't. It was actually super simple.
We built a content engine that is repeatable, honest and scalable. So we had enough to talk about regularly and turn into assets.
We started posting consistently for him, in his own voice, with his own ideas.
Things he'd experienced during his career, the learnings picked up since starting on his own, and how some of these big corporate lessons still apply to business owners like you and me.
They weren’t clickbait posts with cinematic content that videographers would be inspired by, they were just real stories from someone who’s been there and done it.
Twenty years of experience and unfiltered opinions that just wouldn’t make sense if AI wrote them.

How does one do this?
We interviewed him.
A handful of strategic questions from a content framework we built, a ~1hr remote call structured like a podcast and a bloody good conversation.
Sounds crazy, but it’s natural dialogue, and it opened up enough original thought-leadership for a month.
Why that's worth mentioning
Yes, the hook is important, dwell time matters on posts, white space is useful for readability. But it’s easy to get too caught up in the details and algorithms.
Under all the noise, it’s more important to have a decent structure, consistency, and leaders willing to share their point of view.
Algorithms change, but people have always bought from people.
Right now, your story is what makes you unique.
